During this busy holiday season, we want to take a moment to thank you for your support and continued enthusiasm for the Lakota YouthStay program. Even though the LYS summer program was cancelled due to the pandemic, we are proud of the new LYS PEN PAL program. This program is proving to be a great success and promotes connection between youth/families here and on the reservation.

A big shout-out to Celia Lee and Amanda Standing Bear for all the work they have done to get this program going! We give thanks to all our dedicated advisors, volunteers (big thumbs up to Kaity Spider and Joe Rockey for all their awesome work!), host families, Lakota families, donors, and sponsors. A special thanks goes out to WEST MEDFORD COMMUNITY CENTER for their ongoing support and collaboration.

LYS is supported in so many ways by our ever-growing community in Medford, Pine Ridge and beyond. We are truly humbled by the generosity of spirit and resources from all of you.

If you would like to make an end-of-the-year gift to the Lakota YouthStay program, we welcome your donation of any amount.
